To access the full range of jollibe777 services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the jollibe777 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jollibe777 reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withhold withdrawals pending a full investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jollibe777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or at its sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player following completion of any outstanding investigations, subject to AML compliance requirements.
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting jollibe777 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method following KYC verification.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
